Return and Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back via the original payment method.

4. Duplicate Transactions
If a payment is made twice by mistake, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

5. Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel services before execution. Partial refunds may be available based on the stage of service completion.

6. Dispute Resolution
All refund disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair outcomes for both parties.

7. Technical Service Failures
If technical issues prevent access to services, clients may be eligible for compensation such as a rescheduling option or a partial refund.
